A byte is the smallest thing a computer understands. We sweat the arrangement.

Everything online — every app, every hospital record, every order — is billions of bytes arranged just so. Most studios ship the bytes. We arrange them with the care a craftsperson brings to every joint. That's not a philosophy. It's the reason our systems still run five years later.

Diagnose

Two weeks with your team understanding the actual problem — not the feature list. Outcomes, constraints, failure modes.

Architect

We design the system before a line of code. Data models, API contracts, service boundaries. You review it. We argue until it's right.

Build

Fortnightly demos you can use — not slide decks. Working software, deployed and clickable. You give feedback on real things.

Run

We hand off with the ops runbook, the dashboards, and the on-call guide. Or we stay on retainer. Your call.

05 — Studio

A small, senior team in Kathmandu. No juniors on your code.

We're a boutique engineering studio, not an agency. Every project is led by a senior engineer who has shipped production systems. Small enough to care deeply, experienced enough to move fast.

Kathmandu puts us in UTC+5:45 — a useful overlap with both European mornings and US afternoons. We've shipped projects for clients in six countries from here.
